Return Policy for Phone Depot Repairs & Accessories

We want you to have a satisfying shopping experience at our online electronic store. In the event that you need to return a product, please review our return policy below.
Returns Eligibility:
- We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and any included promotional items must be returned with the product.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.
For returns, please note that the customer is responsible for providing the shipping label, except in cases where the product is defective. In such instances, we will cover the return shipping costs. Additionally, we apply a restocking fee of up to $50 for all electronic devices being returned. We appreciate your understanding regarding these policies as they help us maintain the quality of our services and ensure a smooth return process.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at phonedepotyucaipa@gmail.com or 909-790-0127 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents.
- Include a copy of the original invoice or receipt inside the package.

Yucaipa, CA - We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or color, please follow the return process mentioned above.
- Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item on our website.
Warranty:
- Our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the warranty information provided with the product for details on coverage and procedures.
- for parts come with 90 days manufacturer’s warranty. Does not cover if there’s physical damage, water damage and damage from the drop.
Non-Returnable Items:
- The following items are non-returnable unless they arrive in a damaged or defective condition:
- Software, downloadable products, or items with activated licenses or codes.
- Consumable items such as batteries.
- Prepaid phone card
- Gift cards
